Registration forms need to be filled out and submitted before February 27, 2012 for Spring Crew
Step 1 - US Rowing Release of Liability Document
To obtain/renew your USRowing Membership:
Go to rosters.usrowing.org/
Enter the member code "ahtel" (no asterik) to start the registration process
Follow the prompts to renew/join the membership.
If your name is listed more than once, choose the "paid membership" number over "waiver-only" number.
If your name is not listed at all, "create new member"

Step 5 - Hotel Reservation Form
Print and sign Hotel Reservation Form
and pay fee below. ( If rower is cut/not chosen to participate in regatta - money will be refunded)

Step 6 - Fees
The $675 Registration Fee can be paid via check payable to "CSHRA".
The $675 Registration Fee may be paid via Pay Pal. The payment will then be $690.50 for Pay Pal users. (a non-refundable surcharge of $15.50 is included in each Pay Pal transaction)
The $358 Hotel Reservation Fee can be paid via check payable to "CSHRA".
The $358 Hotel Reservation Fee may be paid via Pay Pal. The payment will then be $366.36 for Pay Pal users (a non-refundable surcharge of $8.36 is included in each Pay Pal transaction)
Fees for Hotel and Registration may be combined into one check.
A Paypal account is not required to pay by credit card.
A late fee of $25 will be charged after the registration cut-off date listed above.

Obtain, complete, and submit the “Athletic Pre-Participation Health Update/Coach’s Authorization for Team Membership and Participation" Card to the Cold Spring Harbor High School Nurse’s office.Contact Registrar with questions:
